The purpose of Dignity Health Management Services Organization (Dignity Health MSO) is to build a system-wide integrated physician-centric, full-service management service organization structure. Under general supervision, performs a variety of moderately complex administrative duties, requiring discretion, judgment, and initiative. Normally receives little instruction on daily work and general instructions on newly introduced assignments. Assignmentsinvolve work of a confidential or proprietary nature and require knowledge of the practices and functions of human resources. The Human Resources Assistant assists the facility HR team, Dignity Health Medical Foundation leadership, and employees in a range of clerical and administrative HR functions.
Three (3) years of work related administrative experience.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Efficient, professional and self-motivated.
Ability to hold in confidence sensitive and confidential human resources matters.
Interpersonal skills necessary to interact with all levels of staff, other departments, and the public in a helpful and cooperative manner.
Typing proficiency of 50 words per minute minimum.
Experience managing the calendars of multiple executives, includingscheduling meetings and planning travel.
Efficiently and independently plans time to accomplish job duties within departmental standards.
Employee is punctual, meets deadlines, initiates and follows through on tasks, and needs little supervision.
