Manages enterprise engagement support as well as complex enterprise engagements and programs. Manages client expectations is a critical aspect of the position, as well as overseeing all elements of program schedule, scope, resources and budget. Activities will vary depending on the client engagement and needs, which may include, but are not limited to, managing program plans and tactics, leveraging new innovations and technologies to solve business problems, and implementing best practices and improvement methodologies.
Leads effective management of programs and complex engagements ensuring coordination with internal and external resources. Develop strong collegial relationships with various Dignity Health internal resources. Identifies opportunities for knowledge transfer in support of improvement methodologies within the Dignity Health organization.
Plays key role in implementing solutions that result in successful customer outcomes contributing to fulfillment of program and engagement goals. Conducts thorough business diagnostics to identify, quantify and prioritize value creation projects.
Manages budgets for programs and enterprise engagements. Assists with development of success metrics and monitor ROI. Adjusts actions to meet agreed upon goals and respond quickly to challenges, risk and opportunities.
Develops implementation plans to meet business goals.
Bachelor degree in Business, Healthcare or another related field required
Three (3) years of experience in hospital operations required
Experience with Performance Management (analyzing and interpretic metrics) required
