St. Mary Medical Center is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) who is independently responsible for directing and supervising the professional staff to ensure the deliver of high level of patient care, observing and ensuring the implementation of the nursing process by other nursing staff members, and supervising clinical and other non-professional staff.


Minimum Requirements :

  • Minimum of three years recent experience in the NICU.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California with a more than satisfactory or outstanding performance rating as a Clinical Nurse III.

  • Current basic life support (BLS), ACLS, NRP certification.
