Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Transports patients and visitors between community locations and the hospital. This may include scheduling of transportation services and safe operation of vehicles.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 2 Years of driver experience as substitute for minimum experience.

  • Minimum Field of Expertise: Passenger transport and customer service experience.

  • Chauffers License

  • Trained and Certified to drive a Mobile Unit.

  • Must be able to communicate with others to gather information.

  • Maintain vehicle check/safety folders.

  • Use computers for scheduling and payroll management, and use phone, fax, and personal computer.

  • Must possess valid California driver's license and basic life support (BLS) certificate.

  • Driving record must show no moving violations or DUI convictions in last three years.

  • Drug screening required prior to employment.
