The Department of Family Medicine within Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) in Arizona is a group of providers made of multiple physicians and advanced practitioners. Our dedicated and highly-experienced providers utilize a team-based approach to patient-care in order to best serve our patients, their families and caregivers, in order to meet the health care needs of the community. All stakeholders within this department are frequently engaged in clinical care, scholarly work, and community service.
The DHMG Department of Family Medicine is proud to be recognized by the NCQA as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). A PCMH is a system of care in which a team of health care professionals work collaboratively to meet all of your health care needs. At DHMG, Our dedicated team believes that the best medicine is a trusting partnership between the physician-led health care team and the patient; our approach includes specialists, residents, nurses, MAs and other advanced practitioners all led by the primary care provider. Throughout the patient experience, our teams coach patients to ensure that they get healthy, stay healthy, and obtain the best possible care.
Come join our growing Family Medicine team at Dignity Health Medical Group! We are looking to expand our physician teams in Chandler, Maricopa, and Phoenix . We provide a patient and family centered medical home at each of our family medicine sites with comprehensive, compassionate care, centered on each individual patient, their language and culture.
We are seeking dynamic faculty physicians who are passionate about the health and well-being of our patients. Under direction of the clinical chairman, our physician provide patient care in both an inpatient and outpatient setting.
MD or DO Degree and Board Certification
Completed ACGME Residency training with current ABMS Board Certification
Must have or be eligible for Arizona State medical licensure
Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
