Responsibilities

Position Summary:

All employees are expected to perform their duties in alignment with the vision and values of the organization. The person doing this job is responsible for a variety of tasks that lead to a high level of customer satisfaction in the most cost-effective manner. To provide systems and data analysis support for the Revenue Reporting and Systems Department focusing on the Revenue operations and implementation opportunities to improve net revenue realization and cash flow. The goal of this department is to bridge the financial gap and assure compliant revenue generation. This position will also serve as a resource for internal departments (i.e. decision support, patient financial services, and finance). Position will be responsible for development of reports and training/education of staff pertaining the revenue operations. Working with CDM analyst and department managers to control late charges and improve charge captures.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years hospital experience. Revenue operations, business office, knowledge of hospital finance systems.

  • Proficient with Excel. Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2years' experience in hospital setting, business office, registration
