Provides project management leadership in support of BNI continuing medical education activities at SJHMC. Responsible for designing, planning, budgeting, marketing, implementation, and evaluation of on-site conferences and courses and off site events, including developing plans to expand continuing medical education programs and assessing outcomes. Will also be responsible for networking with local, national and international vendors to enhance sponsorship opportunities.
1-3 years of relevant experience with demonstrated accomplishments in conference planning or adult/professional education program. 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred. Experience and familiarity with Accreditation Requirements of the ACCME and the AMA PRA preferred. IT skills, excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills. Must be able to effectively facilitate communication and build consensus among varying constituents, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
