Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The primary role of this position is to provide skilled, executive management and strategic leadership to drive superior clinical outcomes, patient experience and value based care. This executive exemplifies physician leadership by integrating and coordinating care across both the clinical continuum and physician integration models in the Arizona Service Area. Serves as senior physician integration leader as the responsible chief executive for the Dignity Health Medical Group, Creates and implements, in collaboration with key stakeholders, the service area physician strategies.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a related field

  • Minimum of five (5) years of management experience.

  • Progressively responsible administrative experience in major healthcare institutions, preferably in an acute care setting

  • Physician compensation modeling and administration - Preferred

  • Academic hospitalexperience - Preferred

  • Faculty Practice setting - Preferred

Education:

  • Master’s degree in hospital administration (or an equivalent combination of education and/or additional job-related experience) is preferred.

  • A Medical Degree accompanied by a clinical and administrative background - Preferred
