The Medical / Surgical / Trauma ICU DEPARTMENT at Dignity Health St. Josephâ€™s Hospital and Medical Center is a dynamic environment where you can pursue a highly challenging and rewarding career. We are committed to the highest level of patient satisfaction. Serving the critical care adult population, each "dedicated" unit consists of 8-beds and offers an exciting, challenging opportunity for nurses to care for the very highest acuity patients in a 1:2 or 1:1 nurse to patient ratio. All units report to one Nurse Manager; nurses are hired specifically for each unit yet have an opportunity to cross train.
Â· 24/7 Operational hours
Â· ACS Accredited Level 1 Trauma Center
Â· 1:1 or 1:2 Nurse Ratio
Â· Medical, Surgical, Trauma ICU
Â· Certified to perform Kidney Transplants
Â· National Leader in the care of Pulmonary Hypertension patients
Â· Active Commitment to Research
Â· State of the Art equipment
Located in Phoenix, Az, this position is critical to the success of St. Joseph's Hospital Medical Center and requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Dignity Health.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
AZ RN license or RN License from a Compact State.

Professional certification in area of specialty
One year recent acute care experience
