Responsibilities

The Manager, Revenue Cycle Performance oversees the processes and systems related to the revenue cycle to maximize charge capture and reimbursements of assigned regional/business entity practices. This includes providing operational oversight for the patient revenue cycle and registration functions for the assigned region/business entity. Ensures high quality service experiences are provided in the areas of patient revenue cycle and registration.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience working with physician practice revenue cycles in physician practice management; prior leadership or supervisory experience.

• Must possess a strong knowledge and understanding of financial processes and reporting.

• Requires demonstrated ability to recognize opportunities for creating operational efficiencies.

• Requires excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as effective human relations skills for building and maintaining a working relationship with all levels of staff, physicians, and other contacts.

• Bachelor's Degree required or combination of work experience and education.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years of revenue cycle management experience preferred

• Supervisory experience preferred.
