Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Case Coordinator I works with families, providing supervised visits, facilitated visits, monitored exchanges and parent education seminars. As directed by the Program Manager, the Case Coordinator at Rally acts in a leadership capacity supervising per diem staff as needed, as well as providing intake/orientation and risk assessment, problem solving with clients and the Court, and writing case reports to the Court. The Case Coordinator oversees on-site shadow training and assists with the maintenance of client demographics and grant reports. The Case Coordinator's work schedule includes holidays, weekends and weekdays/evenings, additionally providing on call coverage. The Case Coordinator attends weekly case review meetings, administrative staff meetings, clinical supervision and monthly staff development meetings. The Case Coordinator works with a team overseeing the overall operation and quality of services.



Must have a minimum of one year working with children and adults exposed to domestic violence. Must have a Master's degree in psychology, social work or related field +3 years or working with children and families. Demonstrates knowledge of dynamics of child development, child abuse prevention, domestic violence, and child exposure to domestic violence. Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, with appropriate use of grammar rules and ability to edit documents. Strong computer skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Possess strong leadership organization and interpersonal skills. Bilingual/bicultural- Spanish preferred.
