The Staff Nurse II is responsible for direct and indirect delivery of patient care for a wide variety of patient population through the use of the nursing process and maintenance of the standards of professional nursing practice. The Registered Nurse promotes compliance and support of policies and achieves trust in professional collegial relationships. Applies Dignity Health Core Values to the performance of every job duty. Experience in OR setting required
ACLS (CT CPRACLS) , BASIC LIFE SUPPORT-AHA (CT CPRBLS) , REGISTERED NURSE (RN)
Has perform scrub role preferred
CareConnect MAR experience
Experience with electronic medical record preferred. Has some Audio-visual equipment experience preferred.
Two years RN Surgery experience in Acute care hospital or 6 months of verifiable experience (Equivalent to at least 1,000 hrs) as RN in an Operating Room in Acute Care Hospital within the last 2 years AND a Certificate of Completion of AORN Periop 101
